Taberna la Canchánchara
Historically, a nation’s defining moments are linked to the actions of one man or group of men, a series of culminating events and traditions that have emerged from those moments. In this case, the tradition is a beverage with a deep historical connection to the Cuban war of independence fought in 1898 to 1902. The drink is called, cánchanchara.
